All our massage treatments include 10min. preparation and finishing time!  Example: 1 hour of massage consists of 10 minutes.of preparation and finish procedures and 50 minutes of hands-on massage therapy.

Hot Stone Massage

The ancient art of heated basalt stones is combined with relaxing deep tissue massage.  Muscle tension dissolves as healing warmth penetrates the body for an incredibly relaxing experience by opening and balancing your seven Chakra points. This massage will leave you feeling energized and well rested.

Aromatherapy Massage

This massage combines the sense of smell with touch.  Masterful blends of pure essential oils are applied to the skin for overall calming, energizing and cleansing effect.

Reflexology
Time: 30min    |    Price: $40
A traditional Asian healing technique targeting special pressure points on the feet that relate to specific areas of the body. It encourages relaxation and relieves stress.

What is a Massage?

Massage is a systematic manual application of pressure and movement to the soft tissue of the bod -- the skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia (the membrane surrounding muscles and muscle groups).

It is felt to encourage healing by promoting the flow of blood and lymph, relieving tension, stimulating nerves, and stretching and loosening muscles and connective tissue to keep them elastic.
