General Information Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment as we cannot guarantee late arrivals an extension of scheduled treatment time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly let us know a day in advance.  We reserve the right to charge late cancellations and no-shows 50% of the treatment cost. Appointments are reserved by credit card. As a courtesy to our Spa customers and to maintain a tranquil environment, we ask that all cell phones be silenced.  We want to give you our full attention during your treatments.
